Are there any hidden charges?+
No. The hourly rate is what you pay. We don't charge extra for the microphones, lights, backdrops, makeup room, AC, internet, water/tea or on-set technical support.
Do you offer discounts for long-term creators?+
Yes. Creators who book 4+ sessions a month get preferred pricing — message us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, bank transfer and most major Indian cards. A small advance locks your slot; balance is settled before/on the day.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your session. Last-minute cancellations are subject to the slot fee since we can't easily re-fill the time.
